Directed by I Ahmed, the film has music by Harris Jayaraj and cinematography by R. Madhi and produced by G.K.M International and distributed by Red Giant Movies. Andrea Jeremiah, Jagan, T.M.Karthik play pivotal roles. The soundtrack released by Kamal Hassan met with positive reviews from audience.
“…Jiiva has the most well-defined character arc in this story and the actor realizes it excellently on screen. Playing a stubborn individual, a series of circumstances would require him to swallow his pride for a greater cause and in these moments the seasoned side of Jiiva is on display. And whenever the opportunity presents itself, he also shows what a splendid dancer he is..”, quoted Behindwoods.com
Rediff stated “Jiiva as a bitter and obstinate young man is quite competent and seems equally comfortable expressing anger, scorn and love”.
